Brim slide is hammer textured and individually hand-cut pure copper.  Each letter is individually hand-cut and filed 0.925 sterling silver. All letters are soldered on with silver solder.  Each slide is then bent by hand. A patina finish (which is the blackened/aged look is added and brush polished.
